This Privacy Policy explains how Majestic Lifestyle LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as Sovereign Ops ("Sovereign Ops," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit getsovereignops.com, contact us, buy our services, or receive text messages from us.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, type of business, and anything you write in our contact form, email, call or text.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted and whether you opted in to text messages, with the date, time and the page or method where you opted in, and any opt-out. When you send our contact form, we also keep your browser type and a coded (hashed) version of your IP address with your request, to block spam and to help show the request came from you.
• Billing information: if you become a client, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card or bank details. We do not store full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Basic technical data: our website host may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

We do not collect biometric information, such as voiceprints, face scans or fingerprints. We do not record phone or video calls unless everyone on the call agrees first.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your request and schedule your free call.
• To provide, set up and support the services you buy from us.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Section 6).
• To send invoices and service notices, keep records, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our business phone and texting provider, our email provider and our payment processor, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

5. Our clients' customer information

When we set up tools for a business client, those tools run in the client's own accounts (for example, their own email, phone system and calendar). The client's customer information stays in the client's accounts and is controlled by the client. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for our own marketing. If a client chooses to share sample records with us during setup, we use them only to set up and test the client's tools and delete them within 30 days after setup ends, or sooner if the client asks. The client is responsible for its own privacy notices and for getting any consent needed to contact its customers.

6. Text messaging (SMS) privacy

• We send text messages only to people who have opted in, for example by checking the optional SMS box on our contact form. Checking that box is never required to buy anything.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages (such as our phone and texting provider), and they may not use it for any other purpose.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

• Texts that a business client sends to its own customers through tools we set up are sent by that business, under its own name and its own privacy policy.

7. Email

If we send you marketing email, it will include our mailing address and a way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may still send you messages about services you bought, such as invoices and service notices.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax and record-keeping requirements. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years so we can show and honor your choices.

9. Your choices

• Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to stop emails or calls, or to see, correct or delete your information, by contacting us at [email protected]. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as invoices and opt-out records.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including two-step login on our business accounts. We never ask for your passwords. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

11. Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
